Impressive focus and control. Totally professional dogs!!!
I really want a german shepherd, but what if my parents say, “We don’t need anymore dogs.” I got my mom to say yes, but my dad keeps saying “We’re not getting anymore dogs” What should i do?
theyre trained dogs. not wild dogs that choose to attack when they want. maybe if you read the video you would have saw that. “thats the difference between a properly trained dog and an accident waiting to happen”
i like that bloody black german shepherd in the begining although that its clear ,the deberman is well trained as well,,,,
Good vid on training.
Whitey going crazy. I wouldn’t let kids near these dogs.

woof
personally i think the crop look makes the dog look menacing and personally i like that in a dog, i want to have a well trained dobbie like the ones in this video. but lets face it if the ears aren’t cropped they look like grey hounds on steroids lol
Well you gotta have a good vet, but that’s just common sense, take them to someone who’s done it before and does a good job. And usually the reason the ears don’t stand right, is because ppl don’t post long enough. You gotta post til the ears stand on their own, and that take a few months. and ppl get lazy and don’t do it. If you get the short crop tho you don’t have to worry. Our doberman had the show crop where the ears are tall, so we to post them for 8 months and they stand GREAT!
Well our was under 300 for crop and post care. And the first day he got it done, it was as if nothing had happen the vet could even mess w his ears, and it didn’t phase him. They use a lot pain meds so the dogs don’t feel much. And honestly he was running around wantin to play and everything. Honestly if you wanna talk about pain the vaccines shots hurt them worst.
Akita are hardy dogs and so are German Shepherds. ANd who is stronger really depends on the dog itself and it size, and its temperment. Besides neither the shephard or the Akita are the strongest of dogs. THe mastiff have more powerful bites, and builds. But their generally bred away from aggression but you get one w a dominate personality and almost every dog will summit. There is quite an advantage with size in the dog realm. thats y wolves are so big so they can take out big animals.
also you cant just do it at any point in a dobermans life it has to be when its a pup around 12 weeks so really i find it just a big bill if you put it at that.
let me ask u somethin though from 1 dobie owner to another here in toronto it costs aprox. 300$ to crop the ears let alone not gaurenteed a excellent job done, is it worth to put the dog in pain for looks? and also be charged up the ass for it? because the shots alone for a puppy each one here is aprox 60 dollars canadian and there has to be 2 more following the second one
And yea any dog looks mean with its fangs showin, but if you have a doberman w uncropped ears, ppl are more likely to approach it thinking its probably a friendly dog, But if you have errect ears ppl know right away it a doberman, and them ears give the dog a fierce yet beatuful look. And their face is narrow so smaller ears compliment the face, where the oversized floppy ears just make the dog look more like a young puppy who hasn’t filled in yet.
I’m not saying the dog won’t be protective but their going to respect a dog more that has them ears that tune into sound and move with sound they give the appearance of being more keen. As oppose to dog a that resemble a daushand with floppy ears. Floppy ears are not scary and remind ppl of a friendly dog. ANd errect ears are more efficient because the leather of the ears no longer block the waves and the errect shape act as radars, catching waves.
lol you dont need to get the ears done to have a protective dog, my doberman dosent have his ears done and when he shows his teeth its intimidating enough
