Leash aggressive dog. This video shows a typical training session at Suburban K-9 with a leash aggressive dog. Cocoa is a rescue that came with some bad habits and developed a few new ones in the home. We spent about an hour training Cocoa and worked through the aggression issues. Very often I see that dogs that are barking, growling, and lunging are not the dominant aggressive dogs people think they are. Cocoa was just a scared dog who had learned how to act tought in order to scare others away. His owner learned how to control him very quickly and is now prepared to socialize him with new dogs. They are slotted steps (like boards) so it’s harder than regular stairs.
