  1. I haven’t read the whole book yet…

But it REALLY is a brilliant book!

I have been putting it to use straight away…with brilliant results!

I’d recomend this book to any body who wants to have a better understanding of their dog and also to anyone who wants to be a better dog owner.

    Thank you Jan!!

An excellent book, to which now I have an understanding on what my dog needs!

I became confused on all the different literature on how to train my dog and to find the best way possible. This book is very down to earth with her own experiences on how the author trained her own and other dogs. I felt the training methods were natural as the authur observed the natural behaviours of the wolf pack, giving us humans a wider understanding on how our dogs see us and the world.

I found it particular useful as it can be used from puppies to rescue dogs, any dog who has a problem! Its simple get the basics and work from there! I can’t wait to move on to the next step.

    Nice easy read and understandable.

This book has been a complete revellation to the whole family. When you read it it makes you wonder why you never thought of these ideas; they make complete sense. Our dog is changing already and she is more renowned for her beauty than her brains. Would highly recommend to anyone with a dog but especially if their dog thinks it’s a human.

  4. Enid Blyton says:

Brilliant book, well written and essential to understanding your dog’s behaviour.

Being a first time owner of a puppy, the book was originally lent to me by a friend.

As I kept going back and referring to it, I had to buy a copy for myself.

I would strongly recommend it particularly for first time dog owners.
